Ryan Patterson is Geoworks’ Senior Planner. He is a qualified and experienced resource management specialist with over eight years of experience in the field of resource management and town planning. Ryan is also a member of the New Zealand
Planning Institute.
Having worked for Auckland Council and Palmerston North City Councils Resource Consenting Department for many years, Ryan understands and has had first-hand experience on Council’s expectation of resource consent applications.
Ryan is well respected by his planning peers and other professionals both within and outside of Councils. He is focused on a positive end result for clients’ land development projects.
