Part-Time (25 hours per week) – Levin

Geoworks is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / Administrative  Support person to join our newly relocated Levin office. This role is central to ensuring the  efficient operation of our day-to-day administrative functions and providing professional front line support to clients and visitors.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide reception, front-of-house, and telephone support  
  • Process client enquiry forms and coordinate follow-up communication 
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner  
  • Manage and update social media platforms and company website content 
  • Maintain internal administrative systems and assist with general office duties 
  • Provide administrative support to the surveying and engineering team as required  

About You  

The successful candidate will demonstrate:  

  • A professional and courteous manner  
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  
  • Proficiency with office software and online communication tools  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred)
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
