Introducing ... Jimny

The best "wrapped" secret in Feilding - introducing our Geoworks office Jimny.

The eye-catching graphics capture photos of the Geoworks team in the field.

Thanks to:

  • Brad Hanson for the photography

  • BMR Creative for the graphic design

  • Beauchamp Signs for the vehicle wrap

It’s fantastic to be able to support local businesses.

Community fundraising

The Geoworks Team took part in the annual fundraising “Race to the Brewery” event on Saturday 29th Feb 2020.  Collectively $55k was raised which benefits The Cancer Society, Rescue Helicopter and other charities.

The race is a 6-leg relay including a 15km road cycle from Palmerston North to Ashhurst, followed by a 11km run through the gorge to Balance Bridge.  A swift 7.5km uphill walk connecting with the 10km mountain bike leg that traverses the North Range Road before diverting downhill.  Once at the bottom the race continues with a quick 7km road run then into the big finish 12km over hills, and across a river to the finish line at the Mangatainoka Brewery.

Investing in skill set

The Consulting Surveyors NZ conference is taking place at Mt Maunganui from 5-7 March 2020.

The workshops are specifically tailored for our industry, meaning we share valuable insights adding value to the way we do business - and ultimately the customer experience.

We are looking forward to being a part of this event.

Robotic technology

The most recent additions to the Geoworks family – Brand new robotic technology and innovation allows us to have a “future fit” focus to accommodate the growing subdivision, land surveying, engineering and planning requirements of the Manawatu region.

With thousands of homes expected to be built in Palmerston North over the next few years, and an increase in rural subdivisions in the Manawatu, associated land developments will help address the supply of housing in the regions housing market.
