Brian is a Registered Professional Surveyor and Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the surveying industry. He is an active member of Survey + Spatial New Zealand (NZ Institute of Surveyors) and also the Consulting
Surveyors of New Zealand.
He first tried his hand at land surveying whilst he was a secondary school student in Wanaka and since that day he couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Graduating from the University of Otago in 2003, he has since gained experience across a range of projects and locations around New Zealand, from the high country of the South Island to inner city Auckland.
He is passionate about the science and art of surveying; in particular the implementation of streamlined processes and the latest technology to ensure efficiency and reliability of data for his clients. He loves the balance of indoor and outdoor work
and seeing projects through from their inception to completion.
Brian is extremely well respected by his peers, local authorities and industry specialists for his professionalism and attention to detail.
